Frequently Asked Questions
Can I pick up my order immediately?
Yes, most standard rolls are in stock. We recommend calling ahead to confirm large quantities. Once paid, you can drive in and we'll forklift it onto your trailer or ute.
Do you have a forklift on site?
Absolutely. Our warehouse team will load your order safely onto your vehicle. Please ensure your vehicle can handle the weight (synthetic grass is heavy!).
Do you open on weekends?
Our Sydney depot is open Saturday mornings from 8am to 12pm. The Melbourne depot is available by appointment on Saturdays. Both are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
